	Health Leadership Development Consultation and Training
	CHLP designs and implements a full range of leadership development programs and consultation activities targeted to the public and private health sectors, the community, and positional and non-positional leaders. We assess leadership development needs, design solutions, and implement all nature of approaches from consultation to half-day workshops to full-scale year-long leadership development programs. Completed Projects
	International Family Planning Leadership Program (IFPLP)
	The Center was a collaborative partner with International Health Programs, University of California at San Francisco Center for Reproductive Health, and University of California at Berkeley School of Public Health in this global program providing a year-long advanced leadership experience (three residential weeks in the US) for influential family planning professionals and leaders from Ethiopia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Nigeria and several Latin American countries.
	Population Leadership Program - Leadership Development Component
	This project was designed to enhance the effectiveness of USAID sponsored population, family planning and reproductive health programs by providing leadership training to Senior Fellows and leadership consultation to the USAID Office of Population. The Center developed and implemented the leadership training component from 1994-1999.
	Pan American Health Organization Leadership Program
	Funded by PAHO, this program targeted 29 country representatives and other senior staff of PAHO/WHO to enhance their leadership skills in international cooperation.
