| Health Leadership Development Consultation and Training
CHLP designs and implements a full range of leadership development programs and consultation activities targeted to the public and private health sectors, the community, and positional and non-positional leaders. We assess leadership development needs, design solutions, and implement all nature of approaches from consultation to half-day workshops to full-scale year-long leadership development programs.
